   What is that IP-telephony?
Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is a protocol optimized for the transmission of voice through the Internet or other packet switched networks. VoIP is often used abstractly to refer to the actual transmission of voice (rather than the protocol implementing it). VoIP is also known as IP Telephony, Ѕternet telephony, Broadband telephony, Broadband Phone and Voice over Broadband. "VoIP" is pronounced voyp, IPA: /voip/.    Why you put the most interesting to the end?
Becouse I think that you was not ready to speak. When you speaking your friend wait reaction from you imideatly, but if you think "Hmm, how to tell that?" or "What he said exactly?" your friend found in you not interesting man. Thats why I push that interesting material to the end of my work.

   Advice: P in finding a partner for speaking don't try to find russian speaking (This advice is applyed only if you are from russia :). You will see, that if you don't know how to tell Еat and your partner don't know - you will try to speak this another way. But if your partner know your native language he will tell you on your language. It's against the rules of our game, right? And secondly, if your partner from another country you have a lot of themes for speaking...

    Nowadays there are a lot of programms that are specialised on IP-telephony. but the most popular is "Skype". In this programm you will find a partner without any problems. Register and connect to another millions of users.

    So, the most difficult for you for that moment is to find a partner (it is better sounds like an ideal partner). Don't shy to call to somebody and don't be afraid, be active and call first.

Some ways to find

1. This programm gives us an ability to look for. You just select Search, type in the fields (country, language, sex, age) who you want to find and go ahead. Search those people who are "Free for skype" - it means that your partner is free and wait call from somebody.
2. You go to Skype Forum find a theme "To learn, practice English", register on forum and write a message like that "Hey! I want to learn english! Please, add me in your contact. My skype is ..." After 2 days a lot of people add you to their contacts.
3. Try Skypecasts You just connect to some casts which is online and speaking or listening with group of people. There are also a lot of English Learning skypecasts. After Skypecasts you can add to your contact that people.
4. Or you just go to special "Find a partner"-cites, register and give your announce.

   Another funny way to study English

    I give a search request to Google to find me some sites which is specialised on learning english. I've found a lot of cites. But this cite i found the most interesting. It is Englishroleplay cite. The basic idea of the site is dialogs. You go to site and select the speaking theme or siruation, choose a partner for you and call to him. It is very interesting, funny and usefull. At this site you can learn gramma of english.

    So, I give you just several methods of learning English. But only you can give attention to methods which you are selected. Develope and and have a fun, don't be afraid!
